The Trials Of Apollo #2

The Dark Prophecy

by
The Dark Prophecy by Rick Riordan

MY RATING:-🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Okay so lets get this out I LOVE APOLLO.I LOVE LEO EVEN MORE THAN HIM AND I LOVE CALYPSO(a tad bit).In general i love uncle Rick. Also i want more Percy. Honestly i feel like I'm a creature who lives and breathes love.
so now that the gibberish is out lets form cohorent sentences shall we folks honestly i feel like i don't even need to do this review because a book by uncle Rick can never dissapoint you trust me on that!
but those of you who are still here let me tell you this book was no exception this was the light-hearted read that would make you laugh in every chapter i laughed like a madwoman because man combine Calypso's sass.with leo's jokes with apollo's whiny rant of how he would have done if he was a god you get the ultimate recipe to laugh like a madwoman trust me on that.
Apollo is just such an adorable piece of butterscotch he is so whiny yet he has finally found a caring part in himself he has finally found to be a good person and did i love those conflicting moments when he is like
Apollo wouldn't do that
but lester would

Also Leo was just like himself cracking jokes at wrong points burning his own clothes and walking in the city just like that and being the little adorable fluffy bun he is just he was Leo and I love him.
and calypso man do i love that girl she is just so sassy giving our apollo a real dose of reality i honestly am in love with her also i feel like i love all of uncle rick's characters because he is just so good at writing them even the villains aren't that hateful creatures trust me on that!
coming to meg she was all bad table manners and i feel like Leo and meg made a real good team (just sayin')but yeah another piece of adorbs
all in all this was a rick riordan book and need to check it out because its the best.
P.S. you have to read all the 11 camp half blood books before reading this one no short way folks!

SPOILERY PART OF THE REVIEW

also just to get it in there we are going to meet our roman friends and Grover is going into the labyrinth yippee!

BOOK QUOTES:-

That’s right, dear reader. I, the most important passenger, the youth who had once been the glorious god Apollo, was forced to sit in the back of the dragon.

“GPS?” Calypso asked. “Godly positioning systems.”
I WAS ABOUT TO INITIATE Defense Plan Omega—falling to my knees and begging for mercy
“Poison!” Calypso cried. “Like the breath of Lester Papadopoulos, most worthless of teens!” I resisted the urge to push Calypso into the flower bed.
"Commodus blames me for his death," I said.
"Why?" Meg asked."Probably because I killed him.""Ah." Leo nodded sagely. "That would do it.

As usual stay happy and keep reading.😃

Bye for now!😊
