it wasn't one of my favourite veronica roth's book but still it was pretty decent like i don't know there were certain elements i liked about it and some i didn't like but it was a fun read.

so the characters,our first main character cyra reminded me of juliette of shatter me like her ability just reminded me of juliette like you know juliette couldn't touch people because her touch is lethal cyra has pretty much the same ability she has this current stream flowing through her veins which makes her touch pretty much lethal but similarities end therebecause juliette's ability wasn't used for torturing people and cyra's was used also cyra is much more strong as a character than juliette i mean i don't know she is much more badass and she is very strong and she knows combat skills like she is very resourceful guys and i reaaly like her character.

our second main character akos has an ability similar to adam in shatter me and he's very much like adam like he is very caring and he wants to protect the people he loves like he goes to great lengths to protect his family and even cyra and he is a really sweet guy.

i reaaly liked the friendship between our main characters like they were really so nice together sometimes you just like your characters as friends and even if there is no romantic involvement between these characters and cyra and akos fit this description very well even though they did involve in a romantic relationship not that i have a problem with it ;)

the world building was kind of ok i mean i wouldn't call it great but it wasn't that good either but still this book is worth a shot because as you go on with the book you would just start deeply caring about the characters and also hate ryzek but at some points because he wasn't meant to be the way he is now like its just because of his shit of a father and crap of a fate that he is like the way he is seriously though guys i hate oracles like why can't they leave the future the way it is they don't have to spew nonsense every time they say something although i did like the fact that the oracles saw different versions offuture as a choice changes your future and you don't see it in many oracle related books.

all in all it is a good book you would like it
