Confess
by Colleen Hoover
Don’t miss #1 New York Times bestselling author Colleen Hoover’s beloved novel about risking it all for love—now an Awestruck original series, coming soon to go90.com and the go90 app, available for iOS or Android.
Auburn Reed is determined to rebuild her shattered life and she has no room for mistakes. But when she walks into a Dallas art studio in search of a job, she doesn’t expect to become deeply attracted to the studio’s enigmatic artist, Owen Gentry.
For once, Auburn takes a chance and puts her heart in control, only to discover that Owen is hiding a huge secret. The magnitude of his past threatens to destroy everything Auburn loves most, and the only way to get her life back on track is to cut Owen out of it—but can she do it?
With her moving and compelling prose, Hoover “will pull heartstrings in this second-chance love story” (Booklist).

MY RATING:-🌟🌟🌟🌟
I just don't know how i feel about this one i truly don't i came to know that it's turning into a t.v show and i was like lets pick this up and its just i don't know. i just finished it and there are so many feelings scattered around that i don't know where to start.(huh!the pain of reading)
first things first i cried at the starting of the book its just that it reminded me so much of my heart breaking books in past that i couldn't stop and after i did stop i was like great this is already a treat!
but i read on and on because this book is so freaking addicting you just can't put it down and that's what happened i read it in like 6 hours!
the one thing i disliked about this book was our female main character auburn its just she was so..spineless i mean i get it she did it for someone...someone she loved but still i just couldn't fathom how she could do what she did(i'm trying really hard not to spoil you so thank me for it!)but at the end what she did i was like jumping around the room saying "that's my girl" and "take that you (use your imagination)!!!!!!"(you would know who this specific person is and trust me you'll hate him from the bottom of your heart).
but i must say my favourite character was emory because she just reminded me of myself so much like eavesdropping on others yep that's what i do buying a house witha horror movie i would do that too provided there are no ghosts or killers in the neighbourhood because lets be real who wants to die from a ghost?and i prefer food and books for company so yeah humans do not like me too.therefore,i felt a very strong connection with her and often said out loud "girl!are you my sister?"
coming to the ending i cried in the ending too because well i just don't know it was so emotional how owen and auburn were linked and just...adam i loved that guy so much just from two chapters i loved him more than any other characters and just..i can't
i truly need lots of chocolates and a light hearted read after this because this book wrecked me it was like no other contemporary read there were no fairy tales in here and it contained both bitter and sweet sides of life rather than one.
just go ahead and read this because a t.v show is coming out and you should just read it and then read some stephanie perkins or kasie west because those two are best in this situation.
