MISTBORN #1

The Final Empire

The Final Empire (Mistborn, #1)by Brandon Sanderson

In a world where ash falls from the sky, and mist dominates the night, an evil cloaks the land and stifles all life. The future of the empire rests on the shoulders of a troublemaker and his young apprentice. Together, can they fill the world with color once more?

In Brandon Sanderson's intriguing tale of love, loss, despair and hope, a new kind of magic enters the stage — Allomancy, a magic of the metals.

another great book this year is getting real good anyways now i know why people love brandon his world building was so great like you know in some books you are just wondering where the heck is this happening but not with brandon because he knows how to do it and he's just so great at it and the magic system was pretty good like people consume metals for their abilities and that's like very cool not to mention i fell in love with the characters i cared about them truly but you can't trust an author can you ? but i just couldn't help it you know and vin oh my god she is so kickass and so great like doesn't talk much but still you know that if you mess with her she'll not spare and i loved her for that and kelsier damn it he was so freakin' brilliant and genius and funny i loved him and look where it got me but what he did was kind of necessary but that doesn't make it right for me no it doesn't .

the only flaw in this book was vin's relationship with elend i mean i like elend but the way vin fell for him so instantly was really not her style because in most of the book we see her skeptical but she falls for a boy that she meets for like 2 minutes and that's not how things work.

but still it was a great high fantasy book highly recommend it to everyone out there
